Biography:

Adv. Bar-Nathan is the Chairman of the Goldfarb Seligman law firm as well as the head of the commercial and international litigation department.

Adv. Bar-Nathan is an expert in the field of commercial litigation and he is also involved in most of the complex commercial disputes in Israel. In addition, he has extensive experience in representing international disputes and, inter alia, he has represented Israeli plaintiffs and defendants in proceedings conducted abroad as well as  foreign plaintiffs and defendants conducting legal proceedings in Israel, and more.

Ad. Bar-Nathan has unique expertise in conducting complex mediation and arbitration proceedings, with an emphasis on conducting international business-commercial arbitrations involving public figures and senior businessmen.

Experience:

Between 2018 and 2018 he served as a member of the International Arbitration Court of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris (ICC), and Chairman of the International Arbitration Committee of the Israel Chamber of Commerce.

In 2016, he was selected to serve as an arbitrator at the International Arbitration Court of the Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC).

He served as head of the Legislation Committee in Contract Law of the Bar Association.

He served as a Judge in the District Disciplinary Court of the Bar Association and a Judge in the National Court of the Bar Association.

He served as Chairman of the new Codification Committee at the Bar Association.

Adv. Bar-Nathan lectures at various academic institutions.
