Zvi Bar-Nathan is Chairman of Goldfarb Gross Seligman and Head of its Commercial Litigation and International Arbitration practice. He is widely regarded as one of Israel’s leading litigators and arbitration practitioners, with decades of experience handling complex commercial disputes involving high-profile individuals, public figures, and global corporations.

Zvi has served as a member of the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC in Paris and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) arbitration panel. He has represented clients in numerous international proceedings and is frequently appointed as arbitrator in intricate international and domestic cases. Zvi also advises on enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards in Israel.
