Simon Greenberg is a partner in the International Arbitration Group at Clifford Chance in Paris, with more than 20 years of experience in international arbitration and cross-border dispute resolution. Before joining Clifford Chance in 2012, Simon served as Deputy Secretary General of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, where he played a leading role in the administration of high-profile global arbitrations. He regularly acts as counsel, arbitrator, and strategic advisor in complex commercial and investment treaty disputes across a wide range of sectors, including energy, infrastructure, media, and sports.
