Sarah B. Biser is a partner at Fox Rothschild LLP in New York and co-chairs the firm’s International Arbitration, National Construction & Infrastructure, and Israel Practice Groups. With over 25 years of experience, she advises developers, owners, contractors, architects, and engineers on complex construction and infrastructure projects in the U.S. and internationally. Her work spans the Panama Canal expansion, hydroelectric power plants in Panama, and the Technion-Cornell applied science campus in New York City.
