Biography:

Sarah B. Biser is a partner at Fox Rothschild LLP in New York and co-chairs the firm’s International Arbitration, National Construction & Infrastructure, and Israel Practice Groups. With over 25 years of experience, she advises developers, owners, contractors, architects, and engineers on complex construction and infrastructure projects in the U.S. and internationally. Her work spans the Panama Canal expansion, hydroelectric power plants in Panama, and the Technion-Cornell applied science campus in New York City. Sarah is co-author of the leading New York Construction Law Manual and has been ranked by Chambers USA for 13 consecutive years. She is recognized as a Fellow of several prominent legal organizations and frequently serves as counsel in ICC and domestic arbitrations.
