Samantha Nataf is a Founder of NATAF Arbitration, a boutique practice dedicated to international dispute resolution, with a presence in Paris and Houston. With over 15 years of experience, she has acted as counsel and arbitrator in high-profile arbitrations under the rules of major institutions such as ICC, LCIA, ICSID, and DIAC. Her practice spans a wide range of sectors including aerospace, telecommunications, energy, defense procurement, and technology. Samantha’s work also includes matters involving conflicts of laws, jurisdictional challenges, and enforcement of awards in France and internationally.

From 2018 to 2025, she was a partner at De Gaulle Fleurance in Paris, specialising in international arbitration and cross-border disputes, and From 2018 to 2024, she served as a member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. Samantha is recognised for her deep understanding of both public and private international law and is frequently appointed in complex commercial and investment disputes.
