Biography:

Ronen Setty is the founder of Ronen Setty & Co. Law Office, a premier Israeli firm devoted exclusively to domestic and international arbitration and ADR. With over 25 years of experience, Ronen is one of Israel’s most respected arbitrators and legal innovators in the dispute resolution space. He has served as counsel and arbitrator in a wide array of complex commercial and cross-border disputes, and he played a key role in amending Israel’s Arbitration Law in 2008 to allow for an appeals mechanism in arbitral proceedings.

Ronen has represented clients in arbitration under the ICC, LCIA, and other institutional rules, and his practice includes drafting arbitration clauses, setting aside or enforcing awards, and lecturing on arbitration and mediation. He is a member of the ICC International Commission on Arbitration and ADR, and served for several years on the ICC Israel National Committee and the Israel Bar Association’s ADR Forum.
