Professor Janet Walker CM is an internationally renowned independent arbitrator based in Toronto (Canada), London (UK), and Sydney (Australia). She has acted as sole, presiding, and co-arbitrator in over 100 commercial and investor-state arbitrations under the rules of major institutions including ICC, SIAC, HKIAC, ICDR, DIAC, KCAB, PCA, and in ad hoc proceedings. Her experience spans construction, energy, pharma, finance, environmental, and IP disputes.
