Peter Rosher is the Global Chair of International Arbitration at Reed Smith LLP and a dual-qualified lawyer (English solicitor/French avocat) with over 30 years of experience. He specializes in international commercial and investment arbitration, particularly in engineering, construction, energy, and infrastructure disputes. Known for his strategic approach and sharp legal mind, he has acted as counsel and arbitrator in high-profile cases worldwide under various institutional rules, including ICC, LCIA, SCC, SIAC, ICSID, and UNCITRAL. A founding member of Paris Arbitration Week, Peter also lectures on dispute resolution at Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) and Sciences Po, and regularly publishes and speaks at international conferences.
