Paula Hodges KC is an independent arbitrator based in London, with over 30 years of experience in international arbitration and dispute resolution. Formerly the Global Head of Arbitration at Herbert Smith Freehills, Paula has advised on high-profile international disputes across various industries, particularly in energy, telecommunications, and technology. She has represented clients in major arbitration hubs, including London, Paris, Geneva, Zurich, Stockholm, the US, Canada, Dubai, Africa, Asia, Russia, and the CIS. Recognized as one of the leading arbitrators globally, Paula was appointed King’s Counsel in 2014 and serves as the President of the LCIA Court since 2019.
