Noah Rubins KC is a distinguished international arbitration lawyer and partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, based in Paris. An English barrister and US- and French-qualified lawyer, he has represented clients as counsel in over 100 arbitrations and served as an arbitrator in more than 50 cases. Noah is particularly renowned for his expertise in construction and energy disputes, with experience spanning Argentina, Israel, Ghana, Algeria, Kazakhstan, and Nigeria. He is also the co-author of “Investor-State Arbitration” (Oxford, 2nd ed 2020), one of the leading treatises in the field of investment protection.
