Biography:

Marc J. Goldstein is an independent arbitrator and mediator based in New York, with a practice focused on complex international and domestic commercial disputes. With more than four decades of experience, including leadership roles in international arbitration practices at major New York firms, Marc has served as chair, sole arbitrator, co-arbitrator, and emergency arbitrator in over 100 arbitrations. He appears on the rosters of the AAA, ICDR, ICC, LCIA, SIAC, HKIAC, AIAC, and CPR, among others. He has arbitrated disputes involving joint ventures, private equity, pharma licensing, corporate governance, infrastructure, and post-M&A valuation, among others. A prolific writer and founder of the widely read “Arbitration Commentaries” blog, Marc is recognized by Chambers Global, Best Lawyers, and Who’s Who Legal. He is a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and the American Bar Foundation.
