Louis Flannery KC is a highly regarded barrister and King’s Counsel at Littleton Chambers in London. With over 35 years of experience, he specializes in international arbitration and cross-border litigation, particularly focusing on fraud and conflict of law issues. He has acted as counsel before major international arbitral tribunals and regularly sits as arbitrator. Louis has also served as an expert witness on English arbitration law in multiple jurisdictions, including the USA, Australia, Luxembourg, Germany, and Cyprus. He is the Consultant Editor of Robert Merkin’s Arbitration Law and co-author of the leading treatise Merkin and Flannery on the Arbitration Act 1996.
