Konstantin Kroll is a partner at Dentons Europe LLP in London and one of the most recognized international arbitration and M&A lawyers with over 27 years of cross-border experience. Triple-qualified in England & Wales, Ireland, and Russia, he advises global clients on distressed M&A, international sanctions, Russian counter-sanctions, and complex dispute resolution matters. Konstantin previously led Dentons’ Russian Corporate and M&A practice and now focuses on helping international clients restructure or exit Russian operations.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), Vice President of the CIArb European Branch (Russia Chapter), and sits on numerous arbitration panels including LCIA, HKIAC, AIAC, TIAC, GIAC, and RAC.
