Kenneth B. Reisenfeld is a seasoned international arbitration specialist and partner at BakerHostetler LLP in Washington, D.C. With over 35 years of experience, Ken represents leading corporate clients and sovereign entities in international commercial and investment arbitration, as well as in multijurisdictional litigation involving enforcement, annulment, interim measures, and discovery in support of arbitration (including Section 1782 proceedings). His arbitration work spans a wide array of sectors including telecommunications, energy, pharmaceuticals, intellectual property, and public international law.
