Justin D’Agostino is the global Chief Executive Officer of Herbert Smith Freehills and a recognised leader in the field of international arbitration. Over a career spanning three decades at the firm, he has built a strong reputation as both counsel and arbitrator in complex commercial and treaty disputes across jurisdictions. Justin is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong and as a solicitor advocate in England, and he has appeared before major arbitral institutions around the world. In 2021, he was awarded the Hong Kong Medal of Honour for his significant contributions to arbitration and dispute resolution. As CEO, he leads 6,000 people across the firm globally and is a prominent advocate for diversity, inclusion, and workplace evolution within the legal profession.
