Johanna Wirth is a partner in the Dispute Resolution Group at Hengeler Mueller, specializing in international commercial arbitration, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. She has extensive experience handling complex domestic and cross-border disputes, with a focus on contractual, corporate, technology, development, and construction projects. Johanna also represents clients before national courts and is involved in ad hoc and institutional arbitration. She regularly advises corporate clients on banking, finance, and energy disputes, and is consistently recognized as a leading arbitration practitioner by Who’s Who Legal, Best Lawyers, and JUVE.
