Firas Alchoufi is a Dubai-based lawyer, arbitrator, and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in arbitration and dispute resolution. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Bin Sevan Advocates & Legal Consultants, leading a team recognized for its success in complex arbitration and construction disputes.
He has served as counsel and arbitrator in more than 70 international arbitration cases under DIAC, ICC, LCIA, SCCA, and ACICA, and issued over 40 final awards across multiple jurisdictions.
Firas is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and a listed arbitrator with several leading global institutions. In addition, he represents ICC UAE as a delegate to the ICC Global Commission on Arbitration and ADR (2024–2027).
Alongside his legal career, he is the founder of 77 Shades of Green Real Estate Development LLC, the developer of the 77S Tower in Dubai, and co-owner of Everest Sports LLC, a UAE-based adventure sports company.
