Biography:

Eduardo Silva-Romero is a founding partner at Wordstone, specializing in international commercial and investment arbitration, particularly in disputes involving States and State-owned entities. He has acted in over 180 arbitration cases under various institutional and ad hoc rules, including ICC, ICSID, PCA, LCIA, ICDR, SCC, and UNCITRAL. Eduardo has extensive experience in public international law and has advised on disputes across a wide range of industries, including energy, construction, and infrastructure.

Eduardo is the Chair of the ICC Institute of World Business Law, former Deputy Secretary General of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, and has served as member of the ICC Court. He is also a recognized educator, lecturing on investment arbitration and international contracts at Sciences Po and Paris II University, and he is Professor Emeritus at the University of Rosario in Bogotá.
