Duarte Henriques is an experienced lawyer and arbitrator based in Lisbon with over 35 years of legal practice in international arbitration, litigation, and cross-border disputes. He acts as counsel and arbitrator – including as chair, sole, and co-arbitrator – in commercial, construction, banking, IP, and investment arbitration under numerous institutional and ad hoc rules. Duarte is the founding partner of Victoria Associates and regularly collaborates with international law firms on complex disputes.
