Dr. Yael Aridor Bar-Ilan is the founder and managing partner of one of Israel’s leading litigation boutiques, ranked by Chambers and Dun’s 100. She is a recognized authority in complex commercial and corporate litigation, international arbitration, and class actions. With over two decades of experience, she represents international corporations, public companies, financial institutions, and academic entities in high-stakes disputes before all Israeli courts and tribunals.

Dr. Aridor Bar-Ilan holds a doctorate from Harvard Law School and has published academic articles cited by the Israeli Supreme Court. In addition to her litigation practice, she frequently serves as an arbitrator and mediator and is listed with the Israeli Institute of Commercial Arbitration. A legal innovator, she lectures on corporate litigation at Tel Aviv University’s LL.M. program and leads legal education programs for board members and legal professionals.
