Dr. Tilman Niedermaier, LL.M., is a dispute resolution partner at CMS Germany, based in the Munich office. He specializes in complex cross-border disputes, often arising from large-scale projects in industries such as automotive, aerospace/defense, renewable energy, and agrochemicals. With extensive experience in supply chain disputes, acquisitions, joint ventures, and IP agreements, Tilman acts as both arbitrator and counsel under a wide range of institutional and ad hoc arbitration rules, including expedited and emergency procedures. He is a lecturer on international arbitration and dispute resolution at the Universities of Halle-Wittenberg and Munich and is a member of the advisory board of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS) and the Munich IP Dispute Resolution Forum.
