Dr. Gil Orion is a senior partner at the law firm FBC & Co. and he serves as the head of the Litigation and Class Action Departments.
Dr. Orion was awarded a certificate in 2012 as the leading lawyer in the field of class actions.
Deputy Editor of the Journal of Legal Studies at Tel Aviv University
Represented the State of Israel against ICL in a lawsuit totaling billions of shekels for royalties on Dead Sea minerals
Represented international companies in class actions and regular lawsuits amounting to billions of shekels in respect of claims regarding the existence of international cartels
In addition, he also served as an assistant lecturer in contract law and he held the position of editor and editorial board member of the Law Review of Tel Aviv University.
Dr. Orion serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Class Actions of the Israel Bar Association.
