Dr. Daphna Kapeliuk is a partner in the International and Commercial Litigation and Arbitration Department at Goldfarb Gross Seligman and one of Israel’s leading experts in international arbitration and private international law. With over 20 years of experience, she represents both local and international clients in complex arbitration proceedings under various institutional rules, as well as in enforcement and jurisdictional disputes before Israeli courts.
Daphna is a member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration (2024–2027) and is regularly invited to advise legislative committees on arbitration law reforms.
