Dr. Amiram Benyamini is a retired Judge of the Tel Aviv District Court and one of Israel’s foremost experts in civil, commercial, and intellectual property law. With over 30 years of judicial experience and a doctorate from the London School of Economics, Dr. Benyamini now serves as an arbitrator and mediator in complex legal disputes, including international arbitrations conducted in English.
As a judge, Dr. Benyamini presided over major civil and economic cases, with special expertise in banking, IP, and class actions. He is a certified mediator and a member of the Israeli Institute of Commercial Arbitration. A respected academic, he has lectured extensively at institutions such as Tel Aviv University, IDC Herzliya, and the College of Management, and continues to educate judges and lawyers through advanced judicial seminars.
He is the author of numerous legal publications, including a leading textbook on patent infringement in the European Union.
