Judge Binyamini was a member of the permanent teaching staff of the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies for Judges under the name of Justice Zussman from the year 2000 and he was responsible for providing advanced legal training for judges in the fields of intellectual property, bills of exchange, European Union law and class actions. He lectured in the fields of commercial law, banking and intellectual property.
Judge Binyamini is also an arbitrator and mediator in arbitrations and mediations conducted in the English language.
He qualified as a lawyer In 1980, after an internship with the late Dr. Amnon Goldenberg, at the law offices of S. Horowitz & Co.
Between 1980 and1985, he worked in the civil-commercial field at the law offices Yigal Arnon & Co., Dr. Yosef Segev & Co. and Gilead Sher & Co.
Between 1986 and1989, he left to study for a doctorate in London. The doctorate deals with patent infringements in the European Union and it was published as a book in 1993.
Between 1990 and1993 he worked as an attorney at the law offices of Y. Levinson & Co. as well as in the field of intellectual property and banking.
In 1993 he was elected to serve as a Judge in the Tel Aviv Magistrates Court.
Between 2000 and 2013 he served as a Judge of the District Court in Tel Aviv
