Doug Jones AO is a preeminent international commercial and investor-state arbitrator with over 40 years of experience. Based in Sydney and Toronto, he has acted as an arbitrator in over 190 cases across 30 jurisdictions, specializing in construction, infrastructure, energy, commodities, intellectual property, and investor-state disputes. Doug holds chambers at Atkin Chambers in London and serves as an International Judge of the Singapore International Commercial Court. He has chaired significant international arbitration institutions and is highly regarded for his efficiency and expertise, receiving numerous accolades, including Construction Lawyer of the Year (2022) from Who’s Who Legal.
