He specialises in handling major cross-border disputes and high-profile arbitrations for Russian and international clients – including governments, state-owned corporations and multinational enterprises – across a wide range of industries such as energy, oil & gas, banking, construction and logistics.

Dmitry holds advanced legal and business degrees from top institutions in the U.S. and Europe and combines his deep understanding of international law with extensive practical experience before arbitral institutions and national courts. He actively contributes to the global arbitration community through leadership roles in key professional bodies.
