Biography:

David Zaslowsky is a partner at Baker McKenzie LLP in New York, where he chairs the Litigation Department and leads complex international arbitration and commercial litigation matters. With over 40 years of experience, David represents clients in high-stakes disputes involving technology, energy, telecommunications, insurance, and blockchain, appearing before major arbitral institutions worldwide. He also acts as an arbitrator and serves on the rosters of the AAA and ICDR. A graduate of Yale Law School and a former computer programmer, David is known for his deep expertise in international litigation issues, including enforcement of foreign arbitral awards, FSIA, forum non conveniens, and 28 U.S.C. §1782 proceedings. He is a founding member of the International Arbitration Club of New York and sits on the Executive Committee of the New York International Arbitration Center.
