David Goldberg is a solicitor-advocate and the founding partner of Pinna Goldberg in London, with over 25 years of experience in international arbitration. He is recognised for his expertise in complex commercial and investment disputes, particularly those involving states and CIS/Eastern European jurisdictions. David has acted as counsel and arbitrator under LCIA, ICC, ICSID, SCC, UNCITRAL and ICAC rules, and has represented clients in arbitration-related court proceedings. A Chartered Arbitrator and board member of the LCIA, David is also a co-founder and Secretary General of the Anglo-Russian Law Association.
