Biography:

Daniel Reich is a partner at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York and a leading member of the firm’s International Arbitration Group. With over 20 years of experience, he represents states, state-owned entities, and multinational corporations in high-stakes arbitrations across sectors such as oil & gas, power, infrastructure, technology, and life sciences. His work spans proceedings under ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, CRCICA, and other major rules, and includes disputes with billions of dollars at stake.

Daniel also advises clients in U.S. litigation and cross-border investigations and has served as counsel in enforcement proceedings related to some of the largest arbitral awards on record. A former law clerk to Judges Barrington D. Parker Jr. and David G. Trager, he has earned recognition from Legal 500, Lawdragon, and Global Arbitration Review for his strategic thinking and advocacy.
