His work spans civil fraud, professional negligence, asset recovery, and shareholder disputes across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Baruch represents global clients in proceedings before the LCIA, ICC, and ad hoc tribunals, with disputes valued into the billions. He is also regularly appointed as an arbitrator and serves on panels including VIAC, SIAC, and AIAC.
