Biography:

Baruch Baigel is a partner and Head of Dispute Resolution at Asserson Law Offices. A solicitor-advocate qualified in England & Wales, Baruch specialises in complex, high-value cross-border arbitration and litigation. His work spans civil fraud, professional negligence, asset recovery, and shareholder disputes across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Baruch represents global clients in proceedings before the LCIA, ICC, and ad hoc tribunals, with disputes valued into the billions. He is also regularly appointed as an arbitrator and serves on panels including VIAC, SIAC, and AIAC. A Fellow of the CIArb, Baruch is Israel’s delegate to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR and is a member of its task force on fraud and corruption in arbitration.
