Anna Grishchenkova is an independent arbitrator with over twenty years of experience in international dispute resolution. Before focusing exclusively on her arbitration practice, Anna led dispute resolution teams at top law firms and handled complex cross-border cases. She has participated in over 400 disputes as arbitrator, counsel, or expert and is known for her commercial approach and deep understanding of legal cultures across jurisdictions.
She has been appointed as arbitrator in proceedings administered by major arbitral institutions including the LCIA, SIAC, HKIAC, VIAC, ICAC (MKAS), RAC, IAC (Kazakhstan), IAC (Belarus), and the Arbitration Centre at the Russian Chamber of Entrepreneurs. Her arbitration work spans high-value cases in sectors such as construction, energy, aviation, oil & gas, banking, and infrastructure. Anna has acted as sole, presiding, and co-arbitrator under a variety of legal systems, often under English, Russian, CISG, and civil law.
Anna holds an LL.M. in American Business Law and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb). She also passed the Russian state auditor exam. She serves on the panels of numerous international arbitration centres, has taught courses on international arbitration, and regularly speaks at global conferences.
