Biography:

Yuval Naim is a partner in the Dispute Resolution Department of Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co., and leads the firm’s International Arbitration Practice. He represents corporations and public entities in major international and domestic disputes across diverse sectors, including energy, infrastructure, finance, and telecommunications. Yuval specializes in international arbitration under ICC, LCIA, and ad hoc rules, and appears frequently before the Israeli Supreme Court in constitutional and administrative petitions.

A graduate of Yale Law School and valedictorian of both Tel Aviv University’s law and economics faculties, Yuval clerked for the Hon. Asher Grunis, former President of the Israeli Supreme Court. He has advised on landmark matters involving cross-border enforcement, valuation disputes, and class actions, and he currently teaches international arbitration at Tel Aviv University’s Faculty of Law.
