Biography:

Adv. Enoch is a senior partner at the law firm M. Firon & Co., he heads the M&A and International Transactions Department, as well as the International Arbitration Department.

Adv. Enoch is an expert in the field of mergers and acquisitions in Israel, and in leading international and local M&A transactions amounting to billions of dollars. In addition, he specializes in planning and executing complex mergers, acquisitions and structural changes in corporations and even in complex financing matters.

Adv. Enoch has unique experience in the field of international arbitrations, he represents leading clients in various arbitration proceedings in all the major institutions including ICC, LCIA, SIAC and more. Adv. Enoch also serves as an arbitrator and mediator, including at the ICC, and has also been appointed as a member of the SIAC panel of arbitrators.

Moreover, Adv. Enoch is an expert in the field of litigation and he handles complex disputes as well as international disputes.
