Biography:

Adv. Erdinast is one of the leading litigators in Israel, and his name is on many significant precedents established in recent years, in the field of company law, contracts, commercial law, administrative law and constitutional law in Israel. In 2017, The Marker newspaper chose Giora as one of the three most influential civil lawyers in Israel.

Experience:

Adv. Erdinast represented controlling owners and officers in the IDB Group in a series of proceedings for approval of derivative claims totaling over NIS 2 billion.

In addition, he deals with large scale arbitrations in Israel and abroad.

Adv. Erdinast represented the businessman Moti Ben Moshe in the arbitration regarding the control of the IDB concern in a case involving  approx. a billion shekels and he represented the company Caesarstone in arbitration proceedings in the amount of approx. NIS 400 million.

In addition, he represented Bank Hapoalim in one of the largest insolvency proceedings in Israel in the case of Motti Zisser and the businessman Roni Itzhaki in a shareholder dispute in the Itzhaki Group, one of the most prominent real estate companies in Israel.
