Biography:

He is the author of the book Secrets of Litigation. He has extensive experience in representing high-profile public and private entities, a member of various committees, a lecturer at legal conferences, and he was a candidate for office in the Supreme Court.

Experience:

Represented public and political parties in various cases, including Ehud Olmert in the Talansky case, the IDF spokesman in the Harpaz document case, the Meretz party in the petition against the government’s refusal to act according to the public housing law, the Kadima party in the petition against the legality of the provisions of the law that regulated the biennial state budget, and more.

Represented Bank Leumi Le-Israel in a large claim, including against Mr. Ilan Ben-Dov, including in the liquidation proceedings of Tao Tsuot Ltd,  as well as in the lawsuit filed by the shareholders of Darsham for relief to remove the discrimination in respect of the arrangements signed with the commercial companies.

Represented the Psagot Investment House in a class action for the collection of management fees.

Represented huge companies in the Israeli economy, among them the Dolphin Group in the fight for control of the IDB concern, the bond holders of IDB Development, the board members of Bezeq, a corporation controlled by Apax regarding the sale of Tnuva, Korea Motors Israel, Wissotzky Tea, the Saban Group, and more.
