Eli Cohen is a partner at Gornitzky & Co. and one of Israel’s leading practitioners in complex commercial litigation and international arbitration. He heads the firm’s international litigation and arbitration practice and is recognized as a “Leading Individual” by Legal 500 for his success in high-value cross-border disputes under ICC, LCIA, and UNCITRAL rules.

Eli represents major Israeli and multinational corporations, government entities, municipalities, and senior business executives in a wide range of commercial and administrative disputes, including large-scale tenders, infrastructure development, and shareholder matters. He has led significant international arbitrations involving renewable energy, transportation systems, and high-value shareholder claims.
