Biography:

Adv. Epstein is one of the founding partners of the law firm Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM).

Adv. Epstein is a world-renowned expert in the fields of energy, finance and projects, and he heads the firm’s Banking and Finance Department as well as the Energy and Infrastructure Department.

During his Israeli and international legal career, Adv. Epstein has acquired extensive experience in representing lenders, borrowers and issuers in numerous transactions, as well as in regulatory consulting on a variety of matters. Over the years, Amnon has also represented developers, financiers and contractors, in the most complex transactions in Israel and abroad, and he has also acquired exceptional experience in the legal accompaniment of projects from the infrastructure and energy sectors. In addition, he has experience in international merger and acquisitions transactions, with an emphasis on the energy sector.
