Ann Ryan Robertson is Counsel at Troutman Pepper in Houston, Texas, and a globally recognised arbitrator with over 25 years of experience in international arbitration. She has served as sole arbitrator, chair, party-appointed arbitrator, and emergency arbitrator in commercial and investment arbitrations, including high-value disputes exceeding USD 350 million. A Chartered Arbitrator and past global President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), Ann is known for her work in the energy, construction, and infrastructure sectors. She is frequently listed in Who’s Who Legal: Arbitration and was named a “Thought Leader: Arbitration” in 2024. She is also a Chapter 31 panelist under the USMCA and serves on the panels of leading arbitral institutions worldwide.
