Adv. Sharvit is a partner at Gornitzky & Co. and he specializes in international arbitration and complex commercial disputes that involve cross-border or multi-jurisdictional aspects.
Adv. Sharvit is a member of the LCIA Tribunal, a member of the UNCITRAL Committee of Experts on Hi-Tech Disputes, a member of the ICC Arbitration and Mediation Committee in Paris in the ICC Emergency Arbitration Task Force, and he serves as an ambassador of the ICC Commission on the Belt & Road Initiative.
Adv. Sharvit also serves as a foreign legal advisor in disputes before foreign courts, inter alia, including federal and state courts in the United States, and he handles the drafting of expert opinions, document disclosure issues and drafting motions in various cases.
