Biography:

Adv. Behar is a senior partner at the law firm Fisher Behar (FBC & Co.) and the head of the litigation and competition and antitrust department.

Adv. Behar has handled Israel’s largest and most significant merger and acquisition transactions, he represents Israeli companies in international transactions, litigation and arbitration, as well as large foreign corporations doing business in Israel.

Adv. Behar is an arbitrator and mediator in complex proceedings, most of which relate to commercial matters, intellectual property and family disputes.

Experience:

Between 1976 and 1980 he served as the editor of the Hebrew University Law Review and as an assistant lecturer in Company Law and Criminal Law in the Law Faculty of the Hebrew University.

Adv. Behar is a member of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Israel Group for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI).
