Biography:

Adv. Or Baron Gil is a partner at the Meitar law firm and he specializes in settling commercial disputes, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, distributor-agent relationships, technology, as well as settling international disputes.

Adv. Or Baron Gil represents Israeli clients in proceedings in courts and arbitrations abroad under the rules of the ICC , the AAA and the LCIA, as well as foreign clients in various proceedings in Israel.

Adv. Or Baron Gil represents companies  that are listed on the stock exchange and the Nasdaq,  as well as huge companies in the fields of gas, biotechnology, computing, software and more.

Experience:

Between 2003 and 2008, he worked as a lawyer in the litigation department of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York.

Between 2001and 2004 he served as a guest lecturer for Law and Economics at the University of Basel, Switzerland.
